  Local Bodega with really lovely staff, English speaking. Good wines. Your was very interesting around their museum of artifacts. Highly recommended.

  Excellent bodegas, for accommodation and for the tour. We went for a “superior” room, which was very spacious and comfortable, with excellent ensuite - all recently redecorated and very attractive. Fairly standard breakfast - the only disappointment was that the orange juice was not fresh-pressed, but a plus was the bodegas’s own olive oil to accompany the pulped tomato, and the bowl of fresh fruit ... after the first day we opted for extra bread instead of the muffin. Accommodation includes use of a shared large communal area, with large dining table, cooker, fridge, etc, and free coffee, and an honesty bar for bottles of wine.

  The bodegas tour can usually be given in English, and concentrates on the history of the family, its winemaking, and of Elciego ... lots of interesting exhibits, from early archeological finds onwards, of which we found the historic wine making equipment and phots the most interesting. This makes a great complement to a more conventional tour of, say, Marqués de Riscal.

  We would have stayed here this May but they were full with the team from Jaguar/Land Rover on a new car launch, that shows you the level of service.

  Only just found this on the web so late giving my review. What a find ! The owners could not have been more friendly we arrived on motorcycles and were allowed to park them IN the hotel at night. The rooms are brilliant and a good breakfast. Free wine tour included in the price.. Great value for money a perfect place to stay while visiting the area. Thank you for a brilliant stay.

  El lugar es excelente, las habitaciones con una decoración muy original, cada una de ellas lleva el nombre de uno de sus vinos y lo increible es que la habitación tiene el aroma del vino que le da nombre! La visita no se parece a ningún otra, vale la pena. La atención y el personal excelente como sus vinos. Volveremos pronto!
